Defective on Arrival: If your keycap arrives damaged or defective, please email us at [solana.expo@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item at no extra cost.

After 7 Days: Due to the custom nature of our products, defects reported after purchase are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost Items: We cannot replace items lost or damaged after purchase.
Please keep all original packaging until your replacement request is processed.

Caring for Your PLA Keycaps and Fidgets
Our keycaps are made from a wide variety of high-quality PLA filaments. This is to ensure the vibrancy of each keycap and to keep the cost in a reasonable manner. To keep them looking their best:
Avoid Heat: PLA can soften at high temperatures. Keep keycaps away from direct sunlight, heaters, or hot car interiors.
Gentle Cleaning: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth if dusty. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbing.
Proper Fit: Install and remove keycaps carefully to prevent stress or cracking around the stem.
